Weekend Days (Friday - Saturday)
1 day rental - $4000
2day rental - $6500
Weekdays (Sun-Thurs)
1 day rental - $3500

Outside ceremony + Banquet Hall- $4000
(weather permitting) You have to rent your own chairs for outside ceremony.
Corporate Rental/ Birthday/ Shower/ Reunion Rental:
**Hourly rental is only for 2-5 hours, anything over 5 hours is considered a daily rental.
For parties of 50 or less, starting at $200-$350 per hour plus tax based on accommodations.Hourly booking is ONLY considered in the current month or one month in advance. Bookings more than two months away are reserved for whole day bookings.
For parties 50-200 guests,(weddings excluded) there is a partial(4 hours) day option at $2000 plus tax. These events for larger parties may be bookedj up to six months in advance.
Extra time needed to decorate/rehearsal - $100 per hour (time permitting).

What Makes The Fields Different?
Our venue has been specifically designed to be very customizable, even down to the lighting. In the bride's room and the banquet hall, if you would like to purchase different lighting fixtures to make your day extra special, we can change those out for you! We have also added some money saving options and state of the art technology that other venues may not offer!

The Fields offers decorating, wedding bouquets, lapels and all of your floral/decorating needs. Just ask for a quote.

Our in house catering can prepare your special selections in beautiful presentation and flavor. Just ask for a quote.
Wedding Packages
Elopement package:
($750- ballroom ONLY/$1200-whole building)
Number of guests limited to 20 (includes couple and officiant)
Cake and beverages ONLY.
Time limit of 3 hours- this must include decoration time, ceremony, reception and clean up.
Everything (except tables and chairs) must be cleaned up and everyone out of the building by the time limit.
This price includes rental of building, set up/ take down of chairs (and tables, if wanted), music WiFi connection option, and disposing of trash after cleanup.
Full day packages:
The Fields offers other full day wedding packages listed below. The license fee for these packages includes a license to use the entire event center (ballroom, banquet hall, and kitchen) and specified additional services to be provided by The Fields. All wedding packages include one (1) initial visit/tour of the event center lasting up to one (1) hour, two additional meetings for planning/deposit/payments lasting up to (45 min.) each, and the event itself on the dates and times set forth. The initial visit and any additional visits must be scheduled with the director at times which do not conflict with our events being held at the event center. Additional visits over and above the initial visit, the portrait session, and the event itself will incur hourly fee as set forth above.

In addition to the foregoing, the extra package includes:
Two day rental— wedding day, plus 9am - 9pm the day before the wedding(for those who would like to bring in their own decorators). No in house cleaning the night before the wedding.

Deluxe Package:

In addition to the foregoing, the deluxe package includes:

In house catering- bride and groom choose the menu(pricing varies according to what the food choices might be).
In house decorating-bride and groom send us a photo of their table inspiration and decor(pricing will vary according to the floral and decor choices).
The Fields will contact any other vendors that are needed according to the bride and groom’s wishes. We DO NOT coordinate the bartending, the couple will have to speak to the bartending company and coordinate the alcohol— we DO have a preferred bartending company.
The liability insurance policy will also have to be purchased by the wedding couple as The Fields cannot purchase the policy for them.
The Fields will be the point of contact for the bride and vendors to ensure that the wedding plans flows seamlessly.
The Fields staff will be available/on site to help with the ceremony and reception.
