Round, rectangle and pub tables, plus 200 folding white chairs.
Two (45 min.) meetings to plan your special day.
Set up of tables and chairs, according to your planned layout.
A two hour photo shoot on the property prior to wedding day.

Weekend Days (Friday - Saturday)

1 day rental - $3500

2day rental - $6000

Weekdays (Sun-Thurs)

1 day rental - $3000

2 day rental - $5000

Outside ceremony + Banquet Hall- $2500

(weather permitting) You have to rent your own chairs for outside ceremony.

Corporate Rental/ Birthday/ Shower/ Reunion rental- per hour rental available starting at $200 per hour to $350 based on accommodations.

**Hourly rental is only for 2-5 hours, anything over 5 hours is considered a daily rental. Hourly booking is only considered on the weekend when the booking is in current month or the month following.

Extra time needed to decorate - $100 per hour (time permitting).

Budget Saving- Extra Decor

Are you trying to make your special day happen on a budget? Are you thinking about the many vases and accessories that you may need to purchase and after use, they would need to be stored? No worries! We have a catalogue of many vases, easels, charger plates, table cloths and etc that might save you some money. For the rental price of $200, you may use any or all of the items that we have available.

Use of extra décor- $200

What Makes The Fields Different?

Our venue has been specifically designed to be very customizable, even down to the lighting. In the bride's room and the banquet hall, if you would like to purchase different lighting fixtures to make your day extra special, we can change those out for you! We have also added some money saving options and state of the art technology that other venues may not offer!

Floral Designs -

We can do wedding bouquets, lapels and all of your floral needs. Just ask for a quote.

Wedding Packages

Elopement package:

($750- ballroom ONLY/$1200-whole building)

Number of guests limited to 20 (includes couple and officiant)

Cake and beverages ONLY.

Time limit of 3 hours- this must include decoration time, ceremony, reception and clean up.

Everything (except tables and chairs) must be cleaned up and everyone out of the building by the time limit.

This price includes rental of building, set up/ take down of chairs (and tables, if wanted), music playlist option, and disposing of trash after cleanup.

Full day packages:

The Fields offers other full day wedding packages listed below. The license fee for these packages includes a license to use the entire event center (ballroom, banquet hall, and kitchen) and specified additional services to be provided by The Fields. All wedding packages include one (1) initial visit to the event center lasting up to one (1) hour, one (1) portrait session at the event center lasting up to two (2) hours (photographer paid for by client) and the event itself on the dates and times set forth above. The initial visit, the portrait session, and any additional visits must be scheduled with the director at times which do not conflict with our events being held at the event center. Additional visits over and above the initial visit, the portrait session, and the event itself will incur hourly fee as set forth above.

In addition to the foregoing, the deluxe package includes:

Edited AND unedited wedding video

The Fields will contact vendors (only from our resource book--we do not coordinate bartenders) after bride chooses them, and set up a meeting for the bride to discuss her plans with the vendors.

The Fields will be the point of contact for the bride and vendors to ensure that the wedding plans and execution of the ceremony flows seamlessly

The Fields staff will be on site to help with the ceremony and reception
